Partey’s final game
Where is Kubo?
Atletico is so defensive that the midfield is not even creating good chances for the strikers!
Same gameplay as always. Really boring.
Ok. Now that Atletico have quality strikers and forwards, what they need more than ever before is creativity in midfield to provide incisive passes through the defence.
A lot of plastic fans are now calling Suarez shit, hence trying to justify Barça's riddance of him. But it's not his fault.
The strikers can't really score if they aren't provided with quality incisive passes.
A defensive counter-attacking playstyle may work well on the big attacking teams, but it doesn't work well on the small defensive teams.
Atletico relies way too much on either crossing in from the wing, or just hoofing the ball upfield and hoping for the best.
I admit that I was overly optimistic after the Granada match.
Atletico badly need creative midfielders to win more consistently against the small defensive teams – hopefully Torreira can at least provide some creativity in midfield.
Aupa Atleti.
Zero "0" shots on target for 90 minutes 🙆🙆
Suarez out and out footballer no team no one want him and he should shave his beard he is ugly and bad
How is Suarez doing for you?? Hahahahahah. We've suffered this for almost 3 seasons. Cannot create at all. Then has one world class game to keep him in the team for another 10 awful games… Woeful.
Wow
