Falling on a hurdle and still getting top 10 is crazy!
I ran the hundred meter hurdles for our track regional and fell but I was ranked 5th in state
Hurtles in general are terrible, but 300M is the worst, in freshman year I dislocated my knee on the hurtles and haven’t been able to fully overcome it sence
Im doing this next week and i will be the first ever 7th grader to do it for my hurdles coach on varsity

I used to compete at that same track in highschool. Fortuna High.
I just hit a new 300 hurdles pr at 48.86 seconds. Im still learning how to run it, but its not bad
