  3. you understand football is not fifa career mode when a stackd team like this doesn't win anything, i feel they let their core players leave for stardom and they just couldnt find a way, players like makalele are needed by any team to win

  4. Correction: For those who don't know David beckham famously spoke about the Brazilian players laughing and enjoying their time even when brazil was trailing england by a goal or two in the 2002 world cup held in Japan and South Korea . David was surprised to see the Brazilian players in there humorous nature , even when they were behind england in the first half and in the second half brazil came back from behind to score a few more goals and won the match against England. I don't remember the exact margin of victory but Brazil won the match. The aura of that brazilian team was so different.Truly deserved to win the cup.

  12. Zizou, ronaldo and figo not taking free kicks because the goalkeeper had to prepare for either a canon shot or a bended shot with so mich effet he would know where it lands. Raul, casillias, cannavaro, robinho, owen and they still didnt get the championship because real had sold makelele. That era had too much star power, way too much

  13. roberto Carlos as a "free kick specialist" is actually a myth. He is no way near Becks level. But what a friekin team! Imagine the fear on the opponents eyes as one by one came out of the tunnel – Cassilas, Carlos, Canavarro, Raul, Zidane, Beckham, Figo, Ronaldo ….WOW

  25. And yet they where having fine, even the free kick dispute every other game and now the FUN Memories they have about it. In today's football it would have been all already decided, strict game plan, everybody following it, no unnecessary driblings, pass the ball and run, that's all today's football is.
